The SEMA Show…Starring Lexus F Performance

The Lexus 600 F Brags Peak Luxury Performance
The new West Hall expansion of the Las Vegas Convention Center opened up to welcome the return of the Specialty Equipment Marketing Association (SEMA) Show to its exhibitors and credentialed visitors again.
Lexus was there too! We brought some really cool concepts along with us. Plus, a couple of exciting additions to our exhibit for the aftermarket industry to enjoy.
One of them was the North American appearance of the 2022 Lexus LX 600 F SPORT, the newest version of our flagship SUV lineup. The black SUV fits perfectly with SEMA’s theme of creating cool – even if it is completely stock. The LX 600 F SPORT was a great companion to the many modified and custom builds that were on display across the Convention Center’s space.
We also brought our IMSA racing experience out to the Convention Center, with a paddock featuring the RC F GT3 Concept. Parked alongside the one-of-a-kind Lexus Racing trailer, we wanted to show the aftermarket community how we attack race days – including the upcoming finale to the WeatherTech SportsCar Championship at Road Atlanta for the Motul Petit Le Mans.
Lexus even brought along two racing icons to join us at the SEMA Show, Townsend Bell, and Scott Pruett. They were with us for a reason. Both Bell and Pruett worked in collaboration with a builder to create a concept car that fits their personality.

For example, Lexus partnered with Hiraku Co. and Lexus ambassador, Townsend Bell, to develop a uniquely appealing street performance-themed IS 500 build. This build included a 3D printed body kit, carbon fiber body parts, enhanced induction breathing using components from A’PEXi, a throttle control system, an enhanced coilover suspension kit, Rotiform wheels, and a Brembo GT braking system.
Lexus also partnered with DSPORT Magazine and Lexus ambassador, Scott Pruett, to develop the ultimate track performance-inspired IS 350. This “reverse build” focused on the exterior, suspension, and interior. The exterior emulates Pruett’s helmet art by using its colors and design, wrapped over a body kit. A four-point roll bar is inside with a set of SPARCO race seats and a five-point harness. A set of KW Variant 3 coilovers mark a race-enhanced suspension, that also includes the carbon-ceramic brakes from the RC F and two different wheel sets for this concept – one for racing and one for the street.
Even though the SEMA Show has come and gone, it shows that our city is the place of dreams – including the dreams of enthusiasts looking to step up their rides to the next level. Lexus of Las Vegas has the right F and F SPORT vehicles that will start your kick dreams of car culture domination. Contact us to see what we have available today!
