I found the advisor to be unprofessional, impatient, and dismissive. He repeatedly interrupted me, disregarded my input, the advisor’s demeanor was condescending, leaving me feeling belittled rather than assisted. This experience was highly disappointing and did not meet the standard of service I expected.

Justin Baker makes servicing my car a breeze. Most importantly he is honest about needed service and does not try to up sell services. I have owned variety of makes and models from other car makers. The reason why I purchased my current Lexus is because MBZ service was dishonest and attitude depended upon service writer. No matter if a scheduled service was a simple oil change they always had other services with bills adding up to easy four digits. Service repairs are more expensive, and the customer waiting area is not special like it used to be. Whatever happened to the classy luxury Lexus name?? More like visiting Walmart. No flair!
