I have always brought my car to this dealership for service because I've generally had good experiences. My service advisor, VAHAGN NAZARYAN, has always been outstanding. He's professional, helpful, and genuinely takes care of his customers. If this review were based on him alone, it would easily be 5 stars.
Unfortunately, today's experience completely changed my opinion.
When I came to pick up my vehicle, I was told to speak with my service advisor. I walked over to his office and saw that he was already helping another customer. Out of respect, I chose not to interrupt their conversation because I felt that would have been rude and unprofessional.
Instead, I politely asked another service consultant, KRISTINA DUVALL, if she could simply let my service advisor know that I had arrived and was waiting in the customer lounge. Rather than helping or even speaking to me respectfully, she immediately responded with an attitude and essentially told me that if I was told to speak with him, then I needed to go into his office.
I was honestly shocked. I was trying to be courteous by not interrupting another customer's appointment, and instead of appreciating that, I was treated as if I had done something wrong. There was absolutely no reason for the rude tone or dismissive attitude.
Good customer service is about treating people with respect, especially when they're asking a simple question in a polite manner. I wasn't demanding anything—I was trying to do what I believed was the respectful thing to do.
Normally, I don't leave negative reviews over a single interaction, but the way I was spoken to today was completely unacceptable. One rude employee managed to overshadow years of otherwise positive experiences.
I truly appreciate everything VAHAGN NAZARYAN has done for me over the last few times i visited for service, and he remains the reason I've continued servicing my vehicle here. However, I sincerely hope management addresses how customers are treated because no one should be made to feel disrespected for simply trying to be considerate. I feel that as a customer regardless of my age i should not be treated the way I did and I don’t think I will do service here anymore.
We love the service received at Lexus Of Las Vegas and we have a wonderful service advisor Vincent. You can sit and relax and wait for your service, but without all the hustle, bustle and haggling. I think I will always choose Lexus.

While I was in Texas, V. texted me updates and kept me apprised of my vehicle status. When I returned from my trip and picked up my vehicle, a new tire had been installed and my vehicle had been serviced (10,000 mi scheduled maintenance) and washed. I was able to complete outgoing paperwork and be on my way within 15 minutes of arrival. That was nice. Overall a very positive experience. Thank you.

Kristina Duval has always treated me exceptionally well. She is efficient, so knowledgeable, explains things to me, and listens to any of my concerns. The men who greet you when you pull into the repair area to check you in are always friendly, polite and quick. I feel welcomed and more importantly confident that my car is being well cared for. I also appreciate the complimentary car wash. But I do feel the charges are too high. Other than that, it’s a very good dealership.
They treat us well and the service is fast and good. My only complaint is the continuous trying to get you to do more service items. Other than that, they take care of you well.

Its Saturday June 30th. This starts AND ends with the service the department. Finally after a few years I got an eagerly awaited recall notice to fix the passenger side airbag in my ES300h. Anyways, Finally I get my car serviced, i go to pick it up and sat in the lobby for an hour o and hour and a half before having to hunt down a manager because i had sat there and watched at least 12 people that arrived after me, get greeted and sat and served, and out the door. Finally I told a lady ive waiting here awhile, I just want to make sure im going to be helped and that im in the right spot. She pretty much brushed me off and sais "yes someone will be with you, youre in the right spot". I continued to sit there and watch people come and go. And then came the part where I would miss an interview appointment, for something that was very important me that i can never reschedule. Thats i had enough and When I spoke to the "acting manager" he had no idea what i was talking either. The manager looked at my paperwork, left for a minute, came back and asked what the greeter looked like? I was thinking in my head, "are you seriously asking me that question right now???" I almost snapped! But i didnt. The messed up part is they had my money already, I paid online. I should have been in and out of there. I had been falling through all their tracks from the get go. I cant be the only one. I will never, NEVER, on my family name, Hamamoto, never, return to that dealership again. I had to have interacted with at least 7 employees that day, not one smiled. They all looked miserable. And are clearly terrible at their jobs. All of them, from the greeter to the so called manager.
I found the advisor to be unprofessional, impatient, and dismissive. He repeatedly interrupted me, disregarded my input, the advisor’s demeanor was condescending, leaving me feeling belittled rather than assisted. This experience was highly disappointing and did not meet the standard of service I expected.
