As the luxury extension of the Toyota Motor Corporation, it should come as no surprise that Lexus was an early adopter of hybrid technology. The Toyota Prius was the first mass-produced hybrid vehicle to hit the market nearly a quarter century ago, and in the time since both Toyota and Lexus have led their respective segments in the introduction and development of hybrid vehicles. The Lexus LSh is the hybrid version of the Lexus LS, the luxury brand’s full-size and flagship sedan.

The 2023 Lexus LS 500h is powered by a 3.5L V6 engine with Lexus Multistage Hybrid Drive technology that even includes an EV drive mode. This powertrain enables the luxury hybrid vehicle to achieve up to 354 horsepower despite its electrified nature. That’s plenty of power to deliver an exciting driving experience each time rubber hits the road, and we cannot wait for you to experience it for yourself.

The LSh is just one trim level in which the Lexus LS is available. In full, it’s called the Lexus LS 500h AWD.
