Lexus Driving Focus with “Head-Up Display”
Lexus Driving Focus with Head-Up Display offers new safety, technology, and comfort.
The Past and Present
There was a time when parents taught their teens to drive and then sent them off and waited for their safe return with their fingers crossed and their stomachs in knots.
Since the birth of the first car in 1886, we could hope that we prepared ourselves and our loved ones for all the elements of surprise on the road….until now.
The Lexus Head-Up Display allows you to receive information while driving without distracting your focus from straight ahead. Projected in the windshield, various vital information such as speed limit information and road signs will be seen so you don’t have to take your eyes off the road.
The Heads Up location and brightness can be adjusted slightly for passenger comfort. The brightness will also automatically adjust to the light in the surrounding area.
With over one hundred years of driving it is a comfort to know there is a technology designed to help us drive better and safer. Along with the Heads Up technology, there is Driving Focus and the Lexus Safety System.
Your Lexus dealer will be happy to explain all the information about the Heads Up Display and all the safety systems we have available to you.
If your vehicle needs repair, visit our service department for an evaluation of worn blades, lights, or fluids such as windshield wiper fluid with de-icer.
Driving Focus
iPhone Driving Focus is a mode that eliminates distractions while driving. Once set, it automatically knows by the accelerometer technology on your iPhone that you are moving faster than 15 mph and it kicks in. If any texts come in you can ask Siri to read them aloud. You can even have focus reply to a message for you to let them know you are driving. Any phone calls will appear on your windshield through the Heads Up System.
A safer drive
Lexus Heads Up and Driving Focus can prevent accidents by quieting your cell phone distractions, and give you important notifications where you need them, when you need them, in a comfortable setting.
