Lexus Dealerships Win Top Workplaces Nevada Award 2020

Lexus of Las Vegas and Lexus of Henderson have once again been awarded a Top Workplaces Nevada Award. The award program, brought back this year by the Las Vegas Business Press and the Review-Journal, is based on survey responses by employees at a range of Nevada businesses, from small to large, to find those that offer the highest quality workplace on a range of factors. The exact rankings for 2020 will be announced and the awards presented later in the year, with the schedule depending on the coronavirus situation. Both Lexus of Las Vegas and Lexus of Henderson won the #1 Top Workplaces Nevada ranking for mid-size employers in 2014, the last time the award was given.

Employee Satisfaction Helps Deliver Lexus World Class Service

The Top Workplace Nevada award is based on surveying employees on a variety of factors that contribute to a great workplace experience. Lexus of Las Vegas employees reported they were most satisfied with the atmosphere of interdepartmental cooperation, and how efficient the processes are at the dealership, making excelling at their work easier. They value the atmosphere of teamwork and feel that their managers and fellow employees are supportive. Among their most valued activities are the regular, effective meetings that keep them well-informed, as well as the employee BBQs and holiday events that incorporate fun and build comradery.

The dealership provides training as well as time for employees to socialize with other team members. Employees feel appreciated and enjoy greater teamwork, which makes the job more fulfilling and helps everyone perform at their best. Employees reported feeling listened to and appreciated.
