Lexus of Las Vegas and Lexus of Henderson Donate $10,000 to Junior Achievement of Southern Nevada

Lexus Donates to a Valuable Cause
LAS VEGAS – Lexus of Las Vegas and Lexus of Henderson each recently donated $5,000 to Junior Achievement of Southern Nevada. The nonprofit offers programs to students from kindergarten through 12th grade with a curriculum that includes lessons on budgeting, saving, investing, and business management.
The $10,000 donation will be used to provide more programs, delivered by volunteers who work with the students in classrooms, after-school programs, and other educational settings, to educate youngsters on financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and becoming work ready.
“This is the first time we’ve supported Junior Achievement,” Ascent Automotive Group Chief Operating Officer Lee Butler said. “We believe it’s a great opportunity to support a cause that helps youth gain a better understanding of basic business.”
