LEXUS OF LAS VEGAS CUSTOMER PRIVACY POLICY

At Lexus of Las Vegas, the privacy and security of our customers’ personal information is of the utmost importance. This statement is provided to help you understand our privacy policy.

* We recognize and respect the privacy expectations of our customers.
* We collect, retain and use information about individual customers only where required by law, or regulation, or if we reasonably believe it is useful and allowed by law in order to administer our business and provide products and services to our customers.
* We receive information from you on applications or other forms to evaluate a loan, or lease application. Depending on the product or services requested, the information we request could include (but is not limited to) your name, address, employment, taxpayer identification number, telephone and fax numbers, e-mail address, income, assets and liabilities, deposit account balances, tax returns and financial statements.
* Information from a consumer reporting agency, such as that which establishes your creditworthiness or verifies your employment, enables us to determine eligibility for a loan, or lease.
* We have established procedures so that the information we collect is accurate, current and in accordance with reasonable commercial standards. We respond to requests from our customers to correct inaccurate information under our control in a timely manner.
* We limit employee access to customer information to those with a business reason for knowing such information.
* We will not reveal information about customers to unaffiliated third parties for their independent use with the following exceptions: the information is provided to complete a customer initiated transaction; the customer requests it; the disclosure is required or allowed by law (e.g., subpoena, investigation of fraudulent activity, etc.); or in the performance of bona fide due diligence for mergers, asset sales, or acquisitions.
* At times, we rely on third parties to help us do business. Examples include banking/institutional lenders and leasing companies, the manufacturer of the motor vehicles we offer for sale, or lease and companies providing customer satisfaction follow up. Each of these companies is bound to honor these privacy principles.
* In order to better serve our customers, we may disclose information to reputable companies that perform outsourced operational support, provide marketing services on our behalf or financial institutions with which we have agreements. The types of companies that we contract with include banks and other financial institutions, insurance companies, mail fulfillment companies and data processing companies. All outside companies that perform specific services on our behalf are prohibited from disclosing or using the information in any other manner other than to fulfill the specific services requested.
* Lexus of Las Vegas does not disclose any personal information about our customers to anyone, except as permitted or required by law or as described in this notice. We do not share information with unaffiliated third parties, other than the exempted activities outlined above.
* This privacy policy statement covers all of our customers who do business with Lexus of Las Vegas.
